Her passion is in hair color, color correction and overall hair design. She is also experienced in Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment, facial waxing and brow shaping. With a thorough consultation Robin will listen to your concerns and ideas. With her creativity and knowledge she will offer suggestions and advice to map out the perfect plan for you every time. Robin opened Bellissima Hair by Robin in 2019, prior she was the proud and successful owner of Bellissima Hair Studio for sixteen years. Over the course of her profession she worked as a color technician for Goldwell of New England, trained by some of the top colorists in the United States. She has also continued various educational training including an intensive color and cut course with Vidal Sassoon Academy of Toronto Canada and cutting classes with two top notch companies, Toni & Guy and Goldwell of New England. Robin has extensive training with Aveda and Goldwell hair color systems however currently uses Goldwell and Redkin Shades EQ. She is also certified in Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment. Robin is motivated in providing you with ongoing support, prides herself in professional customer service and looks forward to working with you! Please don’t hesitate to call, text or email her. The salon is open every other Saturday (sometimes varies) and is closed on Saturdays in the summer months (roughly) June - September. Promotions, Conditions and Additional Fees Promotion Ongoing Referral Program! Receive $20 off a Haircut or $30 off any Color, Haircut & Blow Dry! How does it work? When you (a current client) refer a new client to the salon and they come in for their first service, they will receive $20 off a Haircut or $30 off any Color, Haircut & Blow Dry (valid on their first visit only). As a thank you, you will also receive $20 off a Haircut or $30 off any Color, Haircut & Blow Dry on your next visit following the referred person’s initial visit! Conditions Promotional offers may not be applied on top of combination/bundle service or add on rates as they are already discounted. All promotional offers will instead be applied to originally priced services which supersede combined/bundled service rates. Additional fees All appointments scheduled to exceed normal business hours on a “work day” are subject to an additional fee of $5 per hour overtime. All appointments scheduled on a “day off” are subject to an additional $20 flat rate fee due to additional travel costs and overtime. All appointments requiring travel to a preferred location or an event venue are subject to an additional fee at my discretion to cover travel time, mileage, and additional setup and breakdown of equipment. Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you are unable to attend or want to adjust the details of your scheduled appointment, not a problem! I ask that you do so 24 hours or more prior to your appointment. A cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to pay 50% of the intended Service. This includes canceling part of your appointment/service upon arrival or within the 24 hour period. A no-show is subject to pay 100% of the intended appointment.
Canceling part of your scheduled appointment within 24 hours is considered a cancellation and may be subject to the above rules. Your appointment is designed with an allotted amount of time for me to service you. So I can accommodate you and others please consider my time as valuable and let me know ahead of your appointment if you choose to not have part of your service executed.
